Dietitian-Nutritionist – Holistic Nutritional Therapist
A graduate Dietitian-Nutritionist from HEPL (Haute École de la Province de Liège), Isabelle CROSSET has built her career at the crossroads of dietetics and holistic nutritional therapy. Driven by a deep curiosity for human physiology and neuroscience, she has continuously enriched her practice through training in nutritional therapy (CFNA), micronutrition (with Véronique LIESSE), pediatric naturopathy (Académie du Capucin), Bach Flower Remedies, Non-Violent Communication (Thomas D'ANSEMBOURG) and EFT — ensuring a constant update of her knowledge.
Her conviction is deep and inspired by Hippocrates' famous maxim: “Let food be thy first medicine.” Food is not merely a daily pleasure — it is a true lever of health, vitality and balance, capable of acting deeply on physical, emotional and mental well-being, provided it is understood and personalized.
Her approach rests on three pillars: chrono-nutrition, micronutrition and kindness. Resolutely holistic, it goes far beyond simple nutrition: it also integrates complementary tools such as EFT, Bach Flower Remedies and Non-Violent Communication to support the overall well-being of the person, through a guidance tailored to each person's goals.
Her ambition: to accompany every patient towards lasting balance, reconnecting them to themselves and to their body. She welcomes her patients in Liège (Angleur) or by online consultation, with attentive, encouraging and deeply human listening — because taking care of oneself is first and foremost a gentle, motivating and accessible journey.
