A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine in Dijon, with a specialisation in food, health, and micronutrition, Dr Anne-Laure Cadieu has been a member of the Scientific Institute for Intelligent Nutrition (SIIN) since 2017. She trained in genomics and nutrigenomics with Dr Georges Mouton, and then in precision and anti-ageing medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is currently completing a training programme in micro-immunotherapy with the French Institute of Micro-Immunotherapy (IFMI).
Her diverse and extensive hospital background — in oncology, addiction medicine, physical rehabilitation, geriatrics, and paediatrics (endocrine disorders, overweight/obesity) — has deeply shaped her philosophy of care:
“Before treating, we must care.”
She advocates for a functional, preventive, predictive, personalised, and participative medicine, treating each patient as truly unique. In an age where medicine tends toward standardisation, she champions tailored care that considers the patient's biological terrain, immune system, psychological profile, and the influence of environmental factors on gene expression (epigenetics).
Her approach is focused on acting upstream of disease, or stabilising the effects of chronic conditions — always with the aim of promoting sustainable, coherent health.
