After nearly twenty years as an executive and manager in a multinational company, Cédric DELLICOURexperienced first-hand the silent effects of chronic stress on both body and mind. A diagnosis of gastric intestinal metaplasia — a pre-cancerous condition of the stomach — was the turning point that led him to profoundly reconsider how he was looking after his health.

By discovering functional medicine and naturopathy, he corrected his deficiencies, overhauled his diet and transformed his life: effortless weight loss, renewed energy, restorative sleep, chronic pain gone. This personal transformation became his professional mission.

A functional naturopath and certified coach — trained through Robbins Madanes Coach Training and a graduate in management from HEC Liège — Cédric DELLICOUR co-founded with his partner Delphine MONIOT, herself a functional naturopath and certified coach, the preventive health centre Better Stronger Happier in 2020, with the mission of helping executives and entrepreneurs regain energy, vitality and physical fitness without sacrificing their ambitions.

His approach is built around the NMMS method — Nutrition, Movement, Mindset and Sleep — four essential pillars to build stress resilience and prevent burnout. Each programme includes a comprehensive assessment with 60 biomarkers, an in-depth analysis and a personalised protocol, developed in collaboration with a functional medicine physician.

His ambition: to make functional health accessible to high performers, through rigorous, compassionate support grounded in objective data. Cédric DELLICOUR sees clients in person in Libramont (Belgium) and also offers remote consultations.
