STAPS Graduate – Adapted Physical Activity Teacher and Functional Coach
A graduate of the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities (STAPS), Fabien SLIMANI has developed unique expertise at the crossroads of sports performance, functional health and holistic personal support. Specialized in adapted physical activity (APA), he puts his skills at the service of those wishing to regain physical fitness and moral well-being within a rigorous and compassionate functional health framework.
Working in close collaboration with the FunMedDev medical team, Fabien SLIMANI offers "functional coaching" — a functional, compassionate and personalized approach to your physical and mental condition, always as a complement to medical recommendations. His approach is built on the co-construction of personalized interventions in adapted physical activity, tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
Going beyond a standard coaching session, Fabien SLIMANI is able to incorporate the results of genomic tests, ventilatory thresholds and training intensity zones to design a tailor-made programme — or to help you determine them. This scientific, individualized approach optimizes every intervention according to each person's unique biological and physical profile.
His ambition: to help every person get back in shape while respecting their functional health, with compassion, rigor and a deeply human approach.
