
David Comblin's journey began with a personal turning point: father of four and former competitive cyclist, he decided to take control of his life after going through difficult times. By resuming regular physical activity and balancing his diet, he discovered the profound impact these changes can have on daily well-being. He then realized that being supported by a professional greatly facilitates achieving goals.
Driven by the desire to help others, David first cultivated his own balance before fully dedicating himself to coaching. His goal is clear: to share his experience and his passion to guide each person towards their objectives, whether physical, nutritional, or related to overall well-being.
A former competitive cyclist, he has solid experience in endurance and physical preparation. As a spinning instructor, he trained with Leaderfit, Body Concept Training, and Coach Pro, enhancing his skills in various fields: functional training, cardio training and weight training, mental coaching for athletes, Pilates, stress management, nutrition, micronutrition, as well as sports-specific nutrition and glycemic regulation.
His coaching is based on a holistic approach: tailored physical activity, personalized nutritional advice, and mental support.
