Trained at the University of Liège (ULg), Dr Geoffrey Reynertz first completed a 7-year medical degree, followed by over 5 years of specialisation in anaesthesiology, intensive care, and resuscitation. However, it was in functional medicine that he chose to specialise, seeking a more holistic and preventive approach to healthcare.
With over 10 years of hospital experience, he has worked across a wide range of departments, including operating theatres, maternity, emergency care, intensive care, palliative care, and rehabilitation. His deep interest in chronic suffering — whether physical or psychological — led him to train in complementary approaches such as hypnosis, NLP, sophrology, Reiki, Acu-AnMo, Wai Qi, and energy healing, among others.
His practice is rooted in scientific principles, drawing on neuroscience, psycho-neuro-immunology, and quantum physics. He developed the AGDC – Global Approach to Chronic Pain, a natural method aimed at rebalancing the body's biological functions while stimulating its self-regulating abilities.
Today, Dr Reynertz is fully dedicated to the practice of functional medicine.
His goal: to offer a more accessible and compassionate form of medicine that empowers patients in their own healing journey.
